Rental Terms and Conditions
DEPOSITS
All contracts require a $100 security Deposit, 50% down payment, a signed Contract, signed Terms and Conditions along with the credit card information to hold your date and the items listed on the contract. Orders will not be held or processed until all (4) items have been submitted. We accept Master Card, Discover, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Venmo, CashApp and Personal Checks. All Personal Checks must clear prior to holding your items and date.
BALANCES
All balances are to be paid in full prior to the event date.
CANCELLATIONS
Once a contract has been signed and/or deposit received, the contract is confirmed. Upon the execution of this agreement, no cancellations may be made. Any alterations such as quantities, colors, items, etc. may be made at the sole discretion of Eternal Admirations. If the client does not fulfill their end of this agreement, they will forfeit their down payment and security deposit in full.
DAMAGE WAIVER
A Damage Waiver fee is an optional 10% of the total linen rental order. The damage waiver is insurance against any general damage to the item. The damage waiver does not protect against abuse, wax or loss of any items. Abuse is defined as any excessive wear and tear of an item beyond reasonable repair, at the sole discretion of Eternal Admirations. If excessive damage occurs to any rented item, the client has the option of purchasing the damaged item at three times the rental rate.
REPLACEMENT CHARGES
If a linen is lost, not returned, torn, burned or soiled beyond cleaning, the replacement cost of 3 times the rental rate will be charge in addition to the rental charge. Chair Covers have a standard replacement charge of $4.00 each. All orders are counted prior to delivery or pick-up. In the event of damages or shortages, you will be notified by phone, text or e-mail within 48 hours of pickup/return date. It is the client’s responsibility to return shortages within 24 hours of notification or the replacement charges will be billed to the credit card on file. The client is responsible for all items listed on the contract at all times. Any loss which occurs at the client’s facility or while in their possession, will be the client’s responsibility. Once pick-up or delivery and setup services are complete, the items are the responsibility of the client. Any issues regarding loss at a facility will be between the client and the facility.
WAX: All candles must be contained. In the event any wax residue is returned on an item a $10.00 cleaning charge will apply per item. If the item is completely un-cleanable, a replacement charge of 3 times the rental rate will be billed to the client.
INSTALLATIONS
Please ensure that your rented site will allow at least 4 hours prior to your event for Eternal Admirations to setup. We are not responsible for moving tables or un-stacking chairs. Please ensure that the site has all tables up and chairs pushed in to allow for a rapid setup. If they are not set up there will be additional fees and there may not be enough time allowed for setup, therefore delaying your event. If the room is not available to setup at the time on the contract a $25 fee per team member per 30 minutes will be charged to the client or deducted from the deposit. If the room is not available to take down at the time on contract $25 fee per team member per 30 minutes will be charged to the client or deducted from the deposit.
DELIVERIES/PICKUPS
Linen Rentals are for a 6 day window. You can pick up 3 days prior to your event and drop off 3 days after your event. If not returned after the 3 day drop off period, you will be charged for your rental again, which will cover an additional 6 days. You are responsible for counting the linens, upon delivery and prior to returning the linens. If you choose not to count the linen you surrender the right to claim you were unaware. The same rule applies to miscellaneous items rented for your event. After this point, if the linen or miscellaneous items are missing, lost, stolen, or damaged under any circumstances, regardless of fault, you are responsible for replacing them at three times the rental cost.
